This is organic acid with antioxidant properties (E300). Ascorbic acid protects from oxidation, stabilizes taste, flavours and colors and keep them longer without changes.

CAS number: 10043-52-4

This is 34% liquid inorganic salt (E509), which is used as preservative and stabiliser. Chlorides gives the beer fuller, softer and sweeter taste and calcium contributes to better protein flotation and stabilization of taste. Calcium chloride is used as well in production of beer to enrich water with minerals and in production of sport drinks as electrolite.

It’s a potassium salt of sorbic acid. Potassium sorbate is used as preservative (E202), which inhibits growth of molds, yeasts and other microorganisms.

CAS number: 532-32-1

It’s a sodium salt of benzoic acid. Sodium benzoate is used as preservative (E211), which inhibits growth of bacteria, molds, yeasts and other microorganisms.

CAS number: 7681-57-4

This is inorganic compound (E223), which is used as antioxidant and preservative in production of beer and wine to stop bacterial growth and stabilise them.
