Combined preparations used in meat and poultry processing industry for making injectable brines when preparing large quantities of semi hot smoked products. The preparations exhibit very good water-binding properties, protect against loss of moisture when storing in vacuum, improve colour formation, emphasize the taste, regulate prepared product’s pH, extend the usage period, reduce losses when subjecting to heat, have a delicate odour of smoked products which gives the products a unique taste and fragrance.

Carrageenans are substances extracted from natural seaweeds or obtained using microbiological production methods. Due to their unique functionality, they are widely used in all food industries. In meat industry, the carrageenans are used to improve consistency, stabilize emulsions and to increase output.

Emulsifiers are surfactants used to form water-in-oil emulsions and to stabilize them. The emulsifiers are widely used in meat industry for production of water-in-oil emulsions, meat pastes, cooked sausages and weenies.

Fibres are a wholly natural product which is a part of healthy nutrition and has an exceptional functionality in the food production industry. The fibres will make your product more modern. Depending on the purity of the fibres and the length of strings, they can absorb between 600% of 1400% of water.

This is powdered polisaccharide, which is produced from vegetable starch. Maltodextrin is used as thickener, which improves texture and properties of taste.

Milk powder is dried natural milk or its fractions. We offer skimmed milk powder, whey powder, whey concentrates WPC80, milky powder.

Deactivated mustard powder is obtained by deactivating the enzyme mirosinase in mustard seeds and then grinding it into flour. This product has all the good properties of mustard seeds, except for their pungent taste.

Animal proteins are high quality proteins of animal origin. We can offer full functional pork collagen proteins. Ideal for high quality sort products, they increase the total amount of proteins in the product, give the product a harder consistency, and protect against losing of moisture when storing in vacuum.

Clear emulsion based on a special oil. Oil protective emulsion is for cold smoked and dried products, sausages in natural casing, Kabanosy type sausages without casing. Protects products from external mold, reduces weight loss.

Forms a transparent, glossy film which gives an attractive shine to the product’s surface and intensifies natural colours. Protects against formation of mould and bacteria very well

BEECH, BEECH-ALDER WOOD CHIPS FOR MEAT, MILK AND FISH INDUSTRIES. These are intended for smoking of various food products (meat, cheeses, fish, etc.). Smoking using beech wood chips gives a golden hue and a nice smoky flavour to the products. The components of smoke act as preservatives.
